NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC TO SUBMIT COMMENTS ON THE REGULAR TARIFF APPLICATION FOR NAIROBI CITY WATER AND SEWERAGE COMPANY LIMITED (NCWSC)
Water Act 2016 Section 139
Notice is given to the general public that:
Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Co. (NCWSC) which provides water services by authority of a license issued by WASREB has applied to the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) for a regular tariff review.
Further, that NCWSC proposes an upward tariff review to enable the utility water to operate at full cost recovery and meet conditions necessary for improving service delivery.
