Technical Services Directorate
This Directorate handles four key functions that include: (i) Engineering services including setting the standards, monitoring compliance with design, operations and infrastructure (ii) Economic Regulation, including tariffs analysis, financial analysis and public-private sector partnerships (iii) Inspectorate services, including water quality and (iv) Sector information systems management (WARIS).
Legal and Enforcement Directorate
This Directorate comprises legal, quality assurance as well as monitoring and evaluation. It also undertakes enforcement and prosecution.
Consumer and Public Affairs Directorate
This Directorate is responsible for stakeholder interface and handles awareness and engagement activities meant to create understanding and promote goodwill. These activities include information and documentation, media relations, customer relations and community relations. The Directorates also handles customer complaints and is responsible for the management of Water Action Groups.
Corporate Services Directorate
This Directorate encompasses support services of Wasreb including Finance, Human resources and Administration. Procurement reports to the Director General but for administration purposes will be placed in this Directorate.
