The current Strategic Plan covers the period 2018-2022.  It identifies four key issues for strategic focus.  These are:

• Governance
• Access to Water Services
• Collaboration
• Effective Regulator

Five objectives have been formulated to  guide the Regulator in the Plan period.  The objectives are:

• Enhance consumer and other stakeholders’ confidence in water services regulation
• Strengthen governance in water services provision
• Ensure a financially sustainable and socially responsive water services sector
• Enhance compliance and enforcement with regulations
• Strengthen institutional capacity
