WASREB INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (WIMIS)
WIMIS was developed to enable WASREB to perform its regulation mandate in an effective manner.
WIMIS’ Objectives
- Increase in efficiency and effectiveness
- Cost reductions while minimizing the disruption caused by several stand-alone systems.
- Streamlining procedures and improve operational activities turn-around timelines hence increased productivity.
- Shared tasks and processes means the costs and time needed to implement and maintain WASREB systems will be reduced.
- Integrating WASREB systems strips away complexity by aligning activities to systems and shared processes, hence making WASREB procedures more logical and coherent.
