PUBLIC NOTICE -TENDER FOR LEASING OF OFFICE SPACE

1. Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) invites tenders for leasing of office space and ANY RELATED SERVICES INCIDENTAL THERETO, as specified in the tender document.

2. Brief requirement

• Radius of not more than 5km from the Nairobi CBD
• Neighborhood environment be conducive for office environment
• Accessible by public means and preferably fronting a public road
