The Water Services Regulatory Board, pursuant to its mandate under Water Act 2016 section 72(m)(..to report annually to the public on issues of water supply and sewerage services and the performance of relevant sector and publish the reports in the gazette) has completed the compilation of sector performance report for the year 2021/22 (Impact, Issue No 15/23). The report analyses the performance of the water services sector for the year 2021/22.
